- Phase I: Introduction to the English Language: includes grammar, vocabulary, sentence formation and structure
- Phase II: Usage and grasp of spoken English with practicals and listening exercises
Resume Smart
First aspect of applying for a job is to get the resume right. A badly put together resume would result sometimes in a candidate being rejected even before he/she attends the interview. The single most important aim of writing a resume is to solicit job offers or at least interview offers from the target employers. What ever initial impression formed by the employer before the interview would be based on the resume.
Assessment
Helps the candidate implement solutions that optimize competence for organizational efficiency. Personality inventories, attitude measures and ability tests can give valuable insights to the candidate to judge his/her capabilities within a recruitment, selection and career building process. |
